Outsource Management - Legendary Skins for Highguard

I had the pleasure to work on Highguard as a Senior Hard Surface Outsource Manager. I was in charge of establishing our outsourcing pipeline for weapons (recolors, retextures, and legendaries). I provided 3D art direction, feedback, paintovers on 2D and 3D, model edits, as well as texture polish on the majority of our Episode 1 and Episode 2 skins. There are also some unreleased future skins in here as well.

I worked closely with Sean Bigham, Outsource Concept Manager, and the Hard Surface Concept Lead, Danny Gardner, on aligning weapon concepts with our core weapons and animation touchpoints.
